Hot Off the Presses!!Five new boys are currently at the Transition Center in Mbale. Our rural outreach in Luanda is proving to be effective as four of the five are from there. Our intent is to reach these vulnerable children before they migrate into the big city of Kisumu and develop other behaviors that complicate rehabilitation. Some of these boys will only be with us for a few months before being reconciled with their families.
